Project Description |
Single middle-aged lady is in a house that she and her daughter bought years ago, in west Sherman. Her daughter was killed in a car accident (about 15 years ago), and she is having trouble taking care of some of the house maintenance by herself on a very limited income. The facia trim and gables need painting all around the roof line, and some trim needs replacing, as well. Probably close to 1000 sf of total surface to prime and paint. She has 4 front windows that need to have the shutters replaced, and she has already purchased some to install. Maybe some window screen repairs, too. She can cover the cost of some of the materials, just doesn’t have the money to pay for the labor. |
